We are a small locally owned company that is owner operated solely by Jake Porter. He received his Associates of Applied Science from Northeast State Technical Community College. He also received his Bachelors of Applied Science from East Tennessee State University. Jake studied Heating, Ventilation, & Air-Conditioning as well as Construction Engineering Technology. Whether you need a routine inspection, thorough maintenance, repair or equipment change-out on your HVAC unit, we are available to handle your heating and air conditioning needs. We continually strive to exceed expectations by ensuring that each customer receives the very best service. We sweat the small details, so that you don't have to. Our Commitment to Quality
We combine our use of the highest quality parts and our dedication to delivering exceptional service, to provide you with top quality service. When possible we use USA made components on repairs instead of cheap poorly made parts that are designed and engineered to fail. On equipment change outs we can offer a basic budget friendly option or a mainline brand that will cost a little more money to get into. If you are looking for a more high end inverter driven system that is energy efficient, we have an option for that route as well. Our mainline units come with a 12-year parts warranty backed by the manufacturer once registered, a 6-year or 12-year outdoor unit replacement if a compressor fails, an optional 12 year labor warranty, and we can offer 100% financing at a reasonable rate through a 3rd party provider. If we can't offer a price on your job for whatever reason, we will gladly refer you to another larger HVAC contractor. They can offer a 10-year parts warranty, 100% financing, and a 10-year labor warranty to go along with your equipment change-out or installation. We have been sending jobs their way since 2019 and even though it means we don't land the job ourselves, it still means that our customers get their needs met.
Heating & Cooling Service Area
We offer our services in Johnson City, TN as our main service area. However, we service a fairly large area around Northeast Tennessee. We provide heating & air conditioning repairs and service in Unicoi County, Washington County, Sullivan County, Carter County, and Greene County. More specifically, we currently service Johnson City, Boones Creek, Gray, Sulphur Springs, Jonesborough, Elizabethton, Hampton, Lamar, Limestone, Telford, Chuckey, Piney Flats, Bluff City, Unicoi, Erwin, Flag Pond, Kingsport, Watauga, Roan Mountain, and Blountville. We no longer service Bristol, Greeneville, and Butler due to the rising costs of everything relating to running a service business. The cost we have to charge to show up at your door would not be competitive with other local companies in those areas. For that reason, we suggest contacting a local licensed company in your own area to help keep your costs down. We would love to be able to take care of everyone, but we feel that keeping people's budgets in mind is also important.
